Love to get ice cream in the store area. More for my money and dont have to mess with unhappy staff. The store side has such an amazing selection, I had no idea. They have AMY'S frozen dinners. They are so good. All kind of brands at fair price. I live to support local businesses. Their milk is the best!

Foods great. Customer service was terrible today at the window. What happened? I didn’t have one word said to me even when I said thank you. They just shut the window and when they handed me my food there wasn’t even eye contact. I’ve worked at braums. I know how it is when it’s busy but seriously acknowledge your customers.

2 star is generous for my dine in experience at this store in Choctaw. Management needs to step up and get them teenagers (workers) how to work in this environment. Cleanliness here is very bad trays on table dirty and got customers here dining in. Service was great.. but that's it!

I enjoyed my visit. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. When the line got very long they opened another register. My only concern is that they bumped their sale price on the cartons of ice cream to 2 for $7.00 from 2 for $6.00.

We work in this area every so often. Braums is my go to for breakfast and tea. Not this Braums anymore. They have went downhill. Three days in a row I have gotten breakfast, I always get the same thing. 3 days in a row, had to go back and have them fix my order. They keep getting it wrong. And I am a tea drinker. Their tea is now horrible. 2 years ago this Braums was on the top of my favorite Braums. But now I am so disappointed. I hate doing a negative review, but they need to get back in track
